Painting Buildings

At our last meeting, it was brought up about painting buildings downtown. I believe it was Allisen’s idea? Even if just trim. Does anyone know who owns the buildings downtown? My hope would be that maybe the owner could buy paint and we could get a group of volunteers to paint??
