Kish River- project idea

Just a thought about better utilizing Marengo's water feature, the Kish. Often times, my son asks to go fishing and there's not a great place to do so near town. It would be nice to add some simple things like a bench, lawn mowing, cutting back some brush, a pvc post for fishing line/hooks, at the Rt 23 &/or Deerpass access points. Down the road, possibly even somewhere to park other than the roadside, a shelter, etc... This could be an attractive draw for inexpensive family fun.
